Delivery and Payment Details for Stikky Spoon Orders

Choose any one of the gift hampers or products on the site and we will courier them out for you within New Zealand.

We use a reliable courier company who take care with the products you order. If you do find that the product has arrived in less then perfect condition please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to find a solution that suits you.

Once the order has been dispatched there are no refunds on that product. Please plan early to avoid dissapointment as this is a busy time of year for everyone.

If you do need an urgent courier or are having an order delivered to a rural address we will do all we can to get it there for you but will incur an extra cost.

Gift cards are included in the hampers if you are wanting a special message to be sent with your gift.

• Auckland: $5
• Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Whangarei : $8.75
• Rest of North Island: $12.50
• South Island and Waiheke Island: $13.50

Hampers $100-$150

• Auckland, Tauranga, Rotorua, Whangarei: $9
• Rest of North Island: $ 12.50
• South Island and Waiheke Island: $21

Hampers $150- and up

• Auckland, Tauranga, Rotorua, Whangarei: $11
• Rest of North Island: $17.75
• South Island and Waiheke Island: $32

Delivery Times:

• Auckland 1-2 working days
• Rest of North Island 2-3 working days
• South Island and Waiheke Island: 3-4 working days

Payment details

Payment can be paid directly into our bank account or processed through Paypal.

Credit card payments can be processed via Paypal credit card system only.
